The Basics

A generously sized suite of 35m² is offered as your home away from home. The suite comprises a dressing room, large bedroom/sitting area with river views and a luxurious bathroom with free-standing bath and walk-in “Italian” shower.

A little more detail

The suite, which can also be rented with the self-catering ground floor apartment, was created in the spring of 2013. The idea was to create a spacious, comfortable retreat in which to relax and unwind. B & B guests are welcome to use the second floor terrace throughout the day, and meals are served either on the terrace, or in the second-floor dining room, as weather permits.

Meals

Food and entertaining are passions at Les Terraces.  We buy fresh ingredients from local suppliers and artisans, and select the best seasonal produce available. Provenance has become a buzzword in the food industry over recent years, but this isn’t about leaping on a bandwagon. It is about being a member of the community and knowing your suppliers.  Having one of France’s best weekly farmers’ markets on our doorstep makes this much easier!

Breakfast is included in your stay and prepared to order.  This can be cooked, or continental, as you prefer (but we do ask that you advise us the evening before so that we can prepare accordingly). The summer default is a continental breakfast.

Dinner (table d’hôte) is available upon request.  Menus are widely varied, ranging from classical French through to global offerings (Mediterranean, near- and middle Eastern cuisines are a specialty). Given the weekly Marches des Producteurs that are held at the end of the road during July and August, dinner is not available on Thursday nights….. they are something that we actively support and encourage our guests to enjoy too.

Special diets can be catered for, given due notice.  Please let us know at the time of booking if you have such needs. We will do our utmost to accommodate them

Les Terraces is a dog-friendly property, but dogs are welcomed by prior agreement only.
